Shock Freezer and Chiller PRO Plus 8 x GN1/1
A versatile standalone device designed for shock freezing and freezing, defrosting, simmering, temperature maintenance, and low-temperature cooking (slow cooking) with a maximum chamber temperature of +80°C. The equipment features Easy Touch control with a 7-inch touchscreen, predefined programs, and the ability to create custom programs using a USB connection. It comes with sterilization function and Smart Door.
Chamber configuration options for cross-loading:
- 8 x GN1/1-65 mm depth
Alternatively, with additional guides:
- 10 x GN1/1-40 mm depth
- or 16 x GN1/1-20 mm depth
- or 16 x EN6040-30 mm (maximum depth)
The device has an impressive shock freezing or freezing capacity of up to 40 kg per cycle. According to DIN 18872-5 standards, the rapid freezing capacity is 29 kg (+65°C/+3°C) in 90 minutes, and the shock freezing capacity is 29 kg (+65°C/-18°C) in 240 minutes.
The cycle can be initiated immediately after loading, regardless of the product's temperature. Standard equipment includes 8 pairs of adjustable guides, a 4-point core probe, Smart Open Door for automatic door opening, and a sterilization function with chamber ozonation.
