The testo 112 measuring instrument has been specially designed for official inspections in production facilities. The meter is very popular with food inspectors, experts and official authorities due to its type approval by the PTB - German National Physical and Technical Institute. The built-in Auto-Test function allows you to check the correct operation of the device before each measurement. Due to its wide measuring range, it is the ideal temperature measuring instrument in all areas of food inspection.
Both NTC and Pt100 probes can be connected directly to the instrument. For documentation of measurements, the testo 112 offers the option of printing data directly at the measurement site with date and time. If the settable upper or lower limits are exceeded, the instrument immediately triggers an audible alarm. In addition, the minimum and maximum measurement values are displayed on the two-line display of the device.
