The grinder is equipped with robust insulated motors with cooled fans and IP 55 protection, allowing for prolonged operation even in challenging conditions. The worm gear motor, immersed in oil, ensures long life and reliability of the device. The grinding head, made of stainless steel, ensures high-performance meat grinding. The feeding tray with a square neck guarantees excellent efficiency.
The machine's control elements are also made of stainless steel, and the IP 67 protection level ensures safe operation in humid conditions. An additional advantage of this meat grinder is the 150W gas cooler, which effectively cools the neck, grinding head, and entire feeding tray. This ensures that the grinding process takes place under optimal conditions, maintaining the proper temperature of the product.
The TC 22 Nevada Ice machine offers various power supply options - 1-phase 1100W/1.5 HP or 3-phase 1472W/2 HP, allowing it to be tailored to individual user needs. When powered by 230V/50Hz or 400V/50Hz, the grinder achieves a capacity of up to 350 kg of meat per hour. The standard sieve with a size of 4.5 mm allows for grinding meat to the desired consistency.
