A professional butcher's knife with a straight, smooth and wide blade. Available in different lengths, from 21 to 31 cm. Ideal for portioning larger pieces of meat. All Swiss knives from the legendary Victorinox brand are made of the highest quality stainless steel.
The knife handle is made of polyamide, which has many advantages. It is very impact resistant, has excellent stiffness and abrasion resistance. In addition, it has high impact strength, which means that the knife operator's hand is less exposed to transmitted vibrations and impacts. This translates into less hand fatigue during meat cutting work.
