Swibo steak knife

A special knife for cutting steaks and chops from the Swiss brand Victorinox from the Swibo series. The blade is curved upwards in the style of Arabian and Turkish scimitar sabers. Made of the highest quality stainless steel, smooth and conically ground.

The knives have ergonomically designed handles made of plastic, polyamide. This material has many advantages. First of all, it is very resistant to impacts, is rigid and does not transmit vibrations. The high level of toughness means longer life of the knives, and the ergonomic profile translates into less hand fatigue in the process of cutting meat.

Note the color of the knife handles used. Light yellow was chosen deliberately, as it is a color that catches the eye and is easy to notice. This is very important, especially in large meat plants, slaughterhouses and butchers. It is very different from the color of red meat. Work safety and health is our top priority. It should be added that the handles are non-slip and hygienic. The knives can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized up to 110 degrees Celsius.
