Fibrox boner knife

Knife with a cut edge at the handle, used for boning meat. Popular not only in meat industry, food processing or gastronomy plants, but also works as a necessary tool in the home kitchen. The knife has a cut edge at the heel, is sharp and conically ground along the entire length of the blade. It has a sharp tip and the entire blade is made of the best quality stainless steel.
