Giesser presents a professional butcher's knife for skinning with a 21 cm blade, model 2105 21. This reliable tool is made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 Rockwell. The blade of this knife is carefully profiled, slightly curved, making it perfect for precise skinning work.
The knife stands out with an exceptionally polished surface, providing not only maximum rust resistance but also maintaining long-lasting cutting sharpness. Manual sharpening ensures perfect cutting sharpness, making the knife ready for exceptionally precise tasks.
The standard handle made of synthetic material is crafted from a non-slip and pleasant-to-touch TPE material. The well-profiled protective nose not only safeguards against accidental slipping of the hand but also ensures a secure grip, even in challenging conditions.
The plastic handle is approved for food contact, meeting all the standards specified in Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Giesser knives, including the 2105 21 model, can be safely washed in the dishwasher, but we recommend manual cleaning to maintain excellent cutting sharpness.
