The blade of this knife is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, subjected to a vacuum hardening process, achieving a hardness level of 56-57 Rockwell. Thanks to the highly polished surface, the knife exhibits maximum rust resistance and long-lasting sharpness of the cutting edge. Manual sharpening ensures perfect sharpness.
The classic shape of the blade, with a straight spine, makes it perfect for various culinary tasks. A strong blade is a feature that ensures durability and effectiveness when processing meat.
