Nevertheless, the Thermobox Combi Junior GN 1/1 is a full-fledged professional for those for whom every centimeter matters. Like its larger counterpart, it combines the excellent insulation properties of a Gastronorm (GN) 1/1 box with the unique front-loading capability – a significant advantage for kitchens and catering.

The Thermobox Combi Junior GN 1/1 is also a transport and insulation box based on the standard size of Gastronorm (GN) 1/1. It features 10 insertion strips evenly distributed inside the box. Thus, it adapts to your needs, whether loading pre-prepared trays for a buffet or various GN containers with freshly prepared dishes. This Thermobox is perfectly suitable, for example, for loading two GN 1/1 containers with a depth of 15 cm along with an additional cooling or heating plate.

When the box is ready for use, the front doors are simply slid and pushed into place. The advantage is that this can be done at any time, even when the boxes are loaded and stacked on top of each other – a common scenario when space is limited in the kitchen or at an event location. The included partition can be additionally inserted into the Thermobox Combi Junior GN 1/1 when warm and cold dishes are transported simultaneously.

This is a significant advantage, considering the considerable weight of trays or GN containers filled with dishes. After use, the transport box can be quickly and easily cleaned under running hot water with a little dish soap.

A fully loaded Thermobox Combi Junior GN 1/1 becomes quite heavy – too heavy to carry over longer distances from the vehicle to the kitchen or the location. The door and the partition are also available as spare parts – so there's no problem if something gets lost or breaks in daily use. Finally, the Thermohauser range includes suitable cooling or heating plates, allowing you to adjust the temperature level in the box according to your requirements.
