When food or prepared dishes, for example, for catering or an event, need to be transported and stored, the right temperature is a crucial factor for freshness and taste. The highly insulated thermal boxes from Thermohauser are the foundation for stable temperatures, even over many hours.
Practical cooling and heating inserts are ideal for support and can be flexibly supplemented as needed. Ensure that your dishes reach their destination safely and fresh - insulated boxes and cooling and heating elements are your means of choice.
The cooling and heating elements in our range are equally suitable for professional gastronomic needs as well as for home use.
The professional cooling insert offers excellent additional cooling with a weight of less than 500 g, thanks to its extra-strong gel filling. Simply cool it in the freezer at temperatures up to -18°C for at least 24 hours, and then place it in the thermal box (or any other container of your choice) with the load to be cooled. The professional cooling insert then evenly releases cold to its surroundings over many hours. The professional cooling insert is particularly suitable for use in cooling lids for transport and insulation boxes. However, as an additional cooling element in the boxes themselves, as well as in cooler bags and other containers, this cooling insert is ideal. If you need both cooling and heating in different circumstances, universally used cooling and heating inserts are perfect.
They can be cooled to a maximum of -18°C for about two hours, alternatively heated in a water bath (max. +80°C, 10 minutes) or in the microwave (max. 240 watts, 5 minutes). Then they can be placed in an insulated box or another container for heating or cooling to support the stability of the temperature level. Important notes in conclusion
