The blade of this knife is made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, precision-hardened in a vacuum, giving it a hardness level of 56-57 Rockwell. Properly sharpened and polished, it ensures excellent cutting sharpness and maximum resistance to rust. The wide and robust blade excels in cutting various types of meat.
The matte surface of the knife not only gives it an elegant appearance but also protects against hand slipping and facilitates precise cutting. Each knife is finally sharpened and finished by hand to provide the user with a perfect tool for professional kitchen work.
