PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"Free Delivery for Orders Over PLN 500 Net at wammashop.pl"

§1

PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the "Free Delivery for Orders Over PLN 500 Net at wammashop.pl" Promotion is the company: Wamma Poland Macewicz Sp.J., Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9671351211, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 341202998.

  2. The Promotion is conducted through the online store wammashop.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Store."

§2

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The Promotion starts on April 14, 2023, and continues until further notice.

  2. The Promotion is open to all individuals and legal entities.

  3. Goods from the Professional Chemicals category and POTIS kebab grills are not included in the promotion.

  4. Taking advantage of the promotion is done by placing and paying for an order in the Store with a minimum net value of 500 PLN (for shipments within Poland) and a minimum of 500 EUR (for shipments to neighboring countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania).

  5. After placing the order, the shipping costs in the cart will automatically be reduced to PLN 0, and the customer will not incur any costs related to the shipment of the ordered goods.

  6. If a customer partially cancels the agreement (returns a part of the purchased goods), the agreement for the returned goods is considered null and void under the law. The agreement is then only valid for products that remain with the customer. Consequently, if the final agreement is reached for an amount less than PLN 500 net (customer does not meet Promotion criteria), the Organizer has the right to deduct the cost of the shipping method chosen by the customer from the refunded amount for the goods they canceled.

  7. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of the promotion rules contained in these Terms and Conditions, as well as acceptance of the Store's terms and conditions published on the website: https://wammashop.pl/

  8. The Promotion can be combined with other promotions.

  9. The Promotion applies to all payment methods.

  10. The customer can use the promotion multiple times.

  11. The gratification received in the promotion (free shipping) cannot be exchanged for cash or non-monetary equivalents.

  12. The Promotion will only apply to orders with delivery addresses in Poland or neighboring countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania.

COMPLAINTS

  1. All complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted electronically to the email address: info@wammashop.pl.

  2. To expedite the handling of complaints, please provide a description of the reasons justifying the complaint.

  3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Promotion organizer.

  4. The complaint procedure adopted by the Promotion organizer does not in any way infringe upon the rights granted to Promotion participants under applicable law, including the possibility of seeking claims through legal proceedings.

PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of Promotion participants will be processed in accordance with the applicable law, particularly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Act of May 10, 2018, on personal data protection.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions "Free Delivery for Orders Over PLN 500 Net at wammashop.pl" are publicly available on the website: wammashop.pl.

  2. The Promotion organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions in the event of a valid reason, understood as:

a. changes in the legal regulations governing the principles and organization of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the organizer and participants of the Promotion;

b. extension or shortening of the Promotion period;

c. changes in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.

d. In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer will provide the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions by publishing it on the wammashop.pl website. The change to the Terms and Conditions does not affect orders placed under the Promotion before the change.

  1. Any matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the provisions of the service regulations available on the wammashop.pl website and the universally applicable provisions of Polish law.

  2. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on April 14, 2023, and remain in effect until further notice.
