Swibo Chef's knife, flexible bent fillet knife

A special filleting knife with a flexible blade and a curved blade and a sharp tip. The blade is made of the highest quality stainless steel, only available in a length of 20 cm. Knife designed for use in gastronomy, in small meat and fish processing plants as well as in catering companies.

The knife has an ergonomic handle made of polyamide, which has unusual properties. It is above all durable and abrasion resistant. Its structure makes it have excellent stiffness and high impact strength, i.e. the knife operator's hand is less exposed to rapid fatigue. All Swibo knife holders are supplied in light yellow only. Thanks to this, the knives are better visible and easier for users to notice. Health and safety is our top priority.

The materials used and the ground blade allow the knives to be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized up to a maximum temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.
