Flexible boning knife 13 cm, Giesser

Knife dedicated to meat industry plants, slaughterhouses and butchers. Boning boner with a blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, very flexible, curved upwards and suitable for boning meat. For increased protection against corrosion, it has been polished to a high gloss, which also translates into protection of the preservation of the blade edge. Curved and narrow blade for ergonomic and wrist-friendly work. The shape of the blade facilitates, in particular, a pulling cut.

Standard plastic handle made of extremely pleasant to the touch non-slip material (TPE). The knife is available in several colors of the handle: black, yellow, red, blue and green. A well-profiled protective nose ensures a secure grip and reduces the risk of the hand holding the knife slipping off.

The plastic handle is approved for contact with food and meets the requirements of the following regulations (each with all additions and in the version valid at the time of making this declaration):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in the currently applicable version.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and objects intended to come into contact with food.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, to protect the cutting edge, we recommend hand cleaning.
