Specialist knife, professional with a grooved blade that prevents the cut meat from sticking to the blade. Reduced friction makes the knife glide over the material being cut. The blade is made of stainless steel, chrome-molybdenum, which has been polished to a high gloss, which provides even better protection against corrosion. Curved and narrow blade for ergonomic and wrist-friendly work. The shape of the blade facilitates, in particular, a pulling cut.

The handle is made of TPE plastic, which is pleasant to the touch. It has a texture on its surface for a better grip. The non-slip surface and ergonomic form ensure work safety, while the protruding nose even better protects the hand against accidental slipping of the hand on the edge of the blade.

The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and objects (including active and intelligent food contact materials and objects) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in their current current valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14/01/2011 on materials and objects made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
