Bobet Sharp'Easy knife sharpener

The easiest way to quickly sharpen your knives. It has exactly the same use as a traditional steel or grinding stone, but you use it without the need for training. In one step, it allows you to straighten and sharpen the cutting edge of the knife. The cutting edge of the knife is delicate and plastic. During use, it becomes worn or even damaged due to contact with bone, mail, conveyor belt or block.

SHARP'EASY comes with a stainless steel bracket and instruction manual.

Sharp'Easy functional sharpener:

  • Can be held by hand (without grip) thanks to the hand guard (to protect the operator's hand)
  • Or it can be fixed on the table thanks to the stainless steel bracket. Two possible positions:
    • For example, at a 90° angle in front of the work table
    • For example, at a 45° angle on the "bracket" (code 7847 - sold separately) on the workbench.
  • Can be used by right-handed and left-handed people

Blade Guide:

  • The blade guide maintains a stable sharpening angle.
  • V-shaped tongues perfectly straighten the edge of the blade.

The knife tends to hit the top of the SHARP'EASY when moving the knife. This is the reason why SHARP'EASY is equipped with a stainless steel reinforcement on top of the blade guide to avoid pieces of plastic getting into the meat.

Sharpener maintenance:

     Pre-tensioned sharpeners (code 11337) are the only spare parts needed to maintain the Sharp'Easy. They can be easily replaced without tools.
     No springs to align the pre-tensioned sharpening bars. You can easily remove them manually.

Where to use the Sharp'Easy Sharpener:

We recommend it especially for places where there is a need for continuous knife sharpening, in food industry factories. In slaughterhouses, butchers and meat and fish shops.

Easy cleaning and perfect hygiene:

SHARP'EASY can be easily removed from the holder, bracket, so that it can be washed and sterilized together with the knives placed in the basket.

Contact with food:

SHARP'EASY complies with international public health and hygiene regulations. It has been designed in such a way that its use does not pose any threat. In addition, all materials used in its production are suitable for contact with food.
