The Cimeter knife is perfect for slicing steaks and cutlets, from the Fibrox series, created by professionals for professionals. The Cimeter is a type of knife inspired by a saber with a curved blade with the edge on the convex side.

Made of stainless steel and polyamide. The knife features a protruding bolster for increased hand protection against accidental slippage onto the blade. Thanks to the materials used, the knife can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilized up to a maximum temperature of 110 degrees Celsius. The handle is textured and ergonomic, providing a more secure grip and better handling during meat slicing.
