Hard boning knife, Giesser PrimeLine 13 cm

Knife's blade:

The blade is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, polished to a high gloss, which further increases the surface resistance and ensures the highest possible resistance to rust.

Knife handle:

he handle consists of two elements. The internal - red core ensures the stability of the handle. The outer shell is made of a particularly soft plastic. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (each with all amendments and in the current version at the time of this declaration):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and objects (including active and intelligent food contact materials and objects) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in their current current valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14/01/2011 on materials and objects made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends manual cleaning to protect the cutting edge.
