It ensures that the milk aeration nozzle is kept clean and ensures the proper operation of the frothing system. The preparation is ideal for machines with the Cappuccinatore system. Its use does not in any way affect the quality and taste of the served coffee.
Purpose: PREPARAT JAX PROFESSIONAL 08 is intended for washing coffee machines equipped with lines for foaming milk.
Application: It can be used, among others, in hotels, restaurants, gastronomy and in spa & wellness facilities.
How to use: Prepare a solution consisting of 15 ml of the preparation and 250 ml of water. Immerse the milk attachment in it and start the cleaning program for the frothing path, following the instructions provided by the machine manufacturer. In the case of stubborn dirt, first soak the dirty parts in a solution with a higher concentration, using 25 ml of the liquid per 250 ml of water, and then rinse the parts under running water. For best results, repeat the cleaning process regularly, at least once a week.
