Swibo skinning knife

Made of the highest quality stainless steel, with a smooth blade, slightly curved upwards. Specialist skinning knife designed for the meat industry, in particular slaughterhouses and butchers.

Equipped with a handle made of polyamide, which is extremely impact-resistant, abrasion-resistant, has excellent stiffness and high impact strength. All these features translate into the life and durability of Victorinox Swiss knives from the Swibo series. In addition, all knives in this series are equipped with light yellow handles, which is not accidental. Thanks to the use of such a color, the knives are more visible and easier to notice in the working environment. Health and safety is our top priority. The handle expands near the blade for added safety and protection against accidental slipping of the hand onto the knife blade.

Thanks to the materials used, the knives can be washed in a dishwasher and sterilized at a temperature of up to 110 degrees Celsius.
