Sharp slaughter knife, straight rigid blade 11 cm

A German-made Giesser knife with a blade crafted from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 Rockwell. Its highly polished surface ensures maximum rust resistance and edge retention, while manual sharpening provides perfect sharpness. The knife features a classic shape and a robust rigid blade.

The standard handle is made of plastic with an exceptionally pleasant and non-slip material (TPE). A well-shaped guard enhances hand protection against accidental slipping on the blade edge.

The plastic handle is approved for food contact and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (each with all amendments and in the version applicable at the time of submitting this statement):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent materials and articles) intended to come into contact with food and repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC – in the currently valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
