Sharp slaughter knife, straight rigid blade 18 cm

A German-made Giesser knife with a blade crafted from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 Rockwell degrees. Its highly polished surface ensures maximum rust resistance and edge retention, achieved through meticulous manual sharpening. The knife features a classic shape and a robust, rigid blade.

The standard handle is made of synthetic material with an exceptionally pleasant and non-slippery touch (TPE). A well-shaped guard enhances hand protection against accidental slipping onto the blade edge.

The plastic handle is approved for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (each with all amendments and in the currently applicable version at the time of submitting this statement):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent materials and articles intended to come into contact with food) intended for contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC – in the currently valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on materials and articles made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.
