Slaughter knife, straight blade 16 cm, GIESSER 3305 16

A German knife by Giesser, featuring a blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 Rockwell degrees. Its highly polished surface ensures maximum rust resistance and edge retention, while manual sharpening provides perfect sharpness. The knife has a classic shape with a sturdy, rigid blade.

The standard handle is made of synthetic material with an exceptionally pleasant, non-slip touch (TPE). A well-shaped bolster increases hand protection against accidental slippage onto the blade edge.

The plastic handle is approved for contact with food and complies with the requirements of the following legal regulations (each with all amendments and in the currently valid version at the time of making this statement):

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent materials and articles intended to come into contact with food) for food contact, repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC – in its currently valid version.
  • Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
