The Sirman Palladio 300 slicer is a piece of equipment with a rounded design, characterized by the absence of sharp edges and visible screws. It features a chrome-plated and polished sliding handle and cast handle bushings, ensuring smooth and precise knife handling. Rubberized limiters on the carriage provide stability during slicing.
The slicer is equipped with a removable cover for the thickness adjustment plate, allowing for easy customization of slice thickness. The slice deflector, made of stainless steel with bayonet attachment, ensures precise and uniform slicing. All screws and nuts used in the slicer's construction are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene.
The Palladio 300 slicer has a built-in and sealed pulley, which ensures optimal performance and minimizes the risk of contamination. The space between the blade and the motor is 49.5 mm, allowing for easy slicing of various food products. The slicer is equipped with a bottom cover to protect against accidental access to internal mechanisms.
The device has an electrical circuit with variable voltage (110-220-380V) adapted to different power conditions. The slicer blades are built-in and come with an integrated sharpener with a lower guard, facilitating maintenance and keeping them sharp. A standard tool for removing the blade is included.
The knife inclination angle is 38°, resulting in optimal cutting. The slicer is equipped with a plastic knob and buttons, ensuring comfortable and precise slicing parameter adjustments. IP67 protection degree ensures safe usage and protection against dust and moisture.
