The Palladio 330 slicer features a removable cover for the thickness adjustment plate, allowing you to adjust the slice thickness to individual preferences easily. The stainless steel slice deflector with bayonet fitting ensures effective guidance of sliced products, while stainless steel screws and fittings ensure durability and ease of maintenance.
Additionally, the slicer comes with a built-in and sealed belt pulley, enhancing safety and reliability during operation. The 49.5 mm space between the blade and the motor enables slicing of larger pieces of meat or other products. The slicer is available in an optional version made of cast aluminum with a special ceramic-teflon coating. This version is ideal for processing sticky products, providing excellent product guidance and easy cleaning. Moreover, it has high resistance to acids and disinfectants, and removable parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
