Appropriate sets with replacement blades (Series 77755 or 77759) are available to ensure continuous performance.

This product has been meticulously designed to comply with the latest regulations regarding materials in contact with food, such as the UK 2019 No. 704 standard. This ensures its safety and suitability for use in the food industry.

The maximum cleaning temperature in a dishwasher is 80°C, and the maximum drying temperature is 70°C. The product can be used at temperatures up to 80°C if not in contact with food, with a minimum usage temperature of -20°C.
