Threaded Handle Scraper VIKAN

This is the perfect tool for removing contaminants that could clog or stick during cleaning, using the bristles traditionally found on brushes, brooms, or paintbrushes. The scraper is ideal for removing sticky residues, as well as semi-liquid substances such as dough, sweets, confectionery pastes, soft chocolate, cheeses, etc.

It is also effective for removing dried or burnt food products or ingredients, such as hard chocolate or caramel, dried/burnt pieces of baked goods, concentrated, dried powders, or those that have adhered to surfaces, burnt meat, fish, and vegetables. It is food-safe and resistant to temperatures up to +121°C.

Although not intended for floor cleaning, it can be used if needed to remove lighter dirt from it. The threaded handle allows the user to freely extend the scraper's arm, and depending on personal preferences, there is the possibility to use any style/handle of the Vikan system, equipped with this type of connection.
