Boning knife of the German brand Giesser, 16 cm

Rigid boning tool designed for separating meat from bones, recommended for companies from the meat industry, slaughterhouses and butchers. The knife can also be useful in butcher shops and at home. The blade is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, which has been vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 56-57 degrees on the Rockwell scale. In addition, the blade is polished to a high gloss, which increases protection against corrosion and maintains the shape of the edge.

Knife with a handle made of TPE plastic, extremely pleasant to the touch, which has a rough texture which ensures non-slip and secure grip of the knife during work. The handle has a protruding nose, which further protects the worker against accidental slipping of the hand on the edge of the blade.

The plastic handle is approved for contact with food and meets the requirements of the following regulations (each with all additions and in the version valid at the time of making this declaration):

• Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC - in the currently applicable version.
• Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and objects intended to come into contact with food.

The knives can be washed in the dishwasher. However, to protect the cutting edge, we recommend hand cleaning.
