Boning knife, rigid blade, 18 cm, GIESSER 3165 18

A knife of the valued German brand Giesser, designed for boning meat from the bone with a blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, hardened in a vacuum to 56-57 Rockwell degrees. Rigid, straight and wide blade, 18 cm long.

The handle is made of TPE plastic, ergonomically profiled with a rough structure on the surface that gives anti-slip properties. In addition, the handle has a contoured nose that reduces the risk of your hand slipping onto the edge of the blade for safer work.

  • Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 of 14/01/2011 on materials and objects made of plastic intended to come into contact with food.
