The HENDI Compact tray sealer is a professional appliance designed for securely sealing fresh food products and is suitable for catering companies restaurants and supermarkets. The device allows universal frame and plate sealing thanks to optional molds compatible with the most common trays on the market. Mold replacement is quick enabling the machine to be adapted to different tray types with ease.
The sealing process is effortless as bearings and special sliding materials minimize resistance. The machine features a foil feeder with a tensioner to prevent rolling and high power heating elements to reduce heating time. The sealing surface is coated with titanium preventing foil from sticking and allowing fast sealing in one to three seconds depending on foil thickness.
The sealer is equipped with a spring loaded lid for easy and safe operation an insulated handle an automatically extending guillotine with a safe blade and non slip feet protecting the work surface. Color indicators monitor operation and the overheating lock with illuminated switch increases safety. The maximum tray size is 235x190x(H)155 mm and cups up to 115 mm in height.
