Return Policy Within 14 Days

  1. Right to Return

    The customer has the right to return a product purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without stating a reason.

  2. Return Conditions

    • The product must be in its original, undamaged condition (in the original packaging, with tags, without signs of use).
    • Returns apply only to unused products that show no signs of use, wear, or damage.
    • The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product to minimize the risk of damage during return shipping.

  3. Return Procedure

    • To initiate a return, the customer should inform us of their decision to return the product, for example, by email to info@wammashop.pl or by using the form available on our website.
    • Upon receiving the return request, we will contact the customer to confirm the return details.
    • The customer must return the product to our address within 14 days from the date of informing us about the decision to return.

  4. Return Costs

    • The customer bears the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.
    • In the case of a return due to a product defect or our error, we cover the return costs.

  5. Refund

    • Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its compliance with the return conditions, we will refund the customer the equivalent value of the product to their bank account or another source specified by the customer, within 14 days from receiving the returned product.

  6. Exclusions

    • We do not accept returns of products that have been personalized or produced on special order by the customer, unless the product is defective. This applies especially to products from Wamma Poland Macewicz Sp.J. that are made to order.
