All Morakniv knives are proudly manufactured in Mora, Sweden. Our factory remains in the same location as it did a hundred years ago. Here, we combine the skills of craftsmen with modern technology to produce all our knives. The design, materials, and manufacturing methods are constantly refined by our dedicated team, who have inherited generations of knowledge and experience. Morakniv has always been a versatile tool with exceptional properties. The durable steel is heat-treated in Mora using a secret recipe. Morakniv follows the SGM® (Mora Steel Grade) standard, and all our knives are crafted in Mora factory, Sweden.
