Curved boning knife, 15 cm, CB6F-G1

The CB6F-G1 boning knife, 15 cm long, is a tool designed for use in meat processing plants. It has a 15.3mm flexible blade made of Swedish stainless steel that has been cold rolled and deep chilled at -80 degrees to achieve maximum hardness. The blade is 2.4 mm thick.
