The Thermohauser Silicone Dough Scraper is an indispensable tool in every modern kitchen, whether it's a professional culinary space, a catering business, a snack bar, or a home kitchen. This type of dough scraper with a long handle can be used for mixing, but more often for spreading substances and scraping off any residues from bowls and other containers.
The silicone scraper, which can withstand short-term temperatures up to +230°C, consists of a white plastic handle reinforced with fiberglass and a blue silicone scraper. Needless to say, these materials are entirely safe for contact with food. The practical hole in the handle allows you to hang the spatula on a kitchen utensil stand, although you can just as easily store it in a drawer.
Cleaning is extremely easy, both under hot running water and in the dishwasher.
