A cart designed for storing food ingredients in containers, providing a mobile platform to facilitate daily operations in food industry establishments, meat processing facilities, as well as commercial kitchens, restaurant gastronomy, and catering services. The cart is entirely made of stainless steel, with all structural elements welded, and it comes equipped with 4 x 4-inch (100mm) swivel casters with polypropylene wheels.
Constructed from stainless steel, the mobile frame is extremely durable and easy to clean, making it a hygienic storage rack for ingredients.
Originally designed for use in the bakery industry, this cart was primarily used for food handling, storing blocks of fat or lard, and was commonly known as a fat container. Fat containers are now widely used in food production and processing, gastronomy, and the hotel industry.
The mobile stainless steel frame features inclined shelves, allowing ingredient containers to be placed at an angle during storage. This tilted position enables operators to access the contents of the ingredient containers without the need to remove the entire container from the rack. Easy to fill and dispense, ingredient storage containers can be supplied in a wide range of colors, helping reduce the risk of cross-contamination and providing a means for color-coding and efficient product separation.
