Long-handled Scraper

A scraper and mixer in one, with a long handle. Ideal for mixing pancake batter and salad ingredients. Facilitates spreading of creams and dough. The silicone scraper is resistant to high temperatures, allowing for easy spreading or scraping.

Silicone scrapers with handles are used in kitchens - both in large or restaurant kitchens and snack bars or private kitchens at home - wherever mixtures are mixed, evenly distributed, or removed from pots or bowls without leaving residues. Heat-resistant scrapers with handles consist of a red, reinforced with fiberglass, plastic handle with a practical hanging hole and soft, white silicone. These materials can of course be used without hesitation in contact with food.

The silicone scraper withstands short-term temperatures up to +260°C. It can therefore be very well used, for example, when cooking jams and fruit purees or emptying hot chocolate mass from the bowl to avoid wasting residues. Because the silicone scraper with a handle is very strong and of high quality, it can also process hard and heavy masses well. Another advantage of the material is that coated bowls, pots, or baking molds cannot be scratched with a scraper.

After using the scraper with a silicone handle, it can be easily washed under running hot water or in the dishwasher. Heat-resistant red-and-white scrapers with silicone handles are seemingly simple but extremely functional and useful tools that should not be missing in any kitchen.
