The professional version of the mixer is equipped with a nylon housing. The arm and blade are made of stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning.

This model of the mixer is perfectly suited for use with containers up to 80 liters in capacity. The arm length is 400 mm, and the beating arm length is 330 mm. The mixer weighs 4.75 kg.
