The HENDI UNIQ soup kettle in green combines modern design with practical functionality, created by renowned Dutch designer Robert Bronwasser. It is perfect for restaurants, buffets and catering services, maintaining soups, sauces and creams at the ideal serving temperature. The kettle is made of heat-resistant polypropylene with a removable 8-liter stainless steel 18/8 insert that is easy to clean. It uses a water bath heating method to evenly distribute heat and prevent burning or overheating. The tempered glass lid features an insulated handle, ladle opening and aluminum hinge, ensuring convenience and hygiene during use.
The digital control panel allows precise temperature adjustment from 35 to 85°C in one-degree increments. The last temperature setting is automatically saved and restored when the device is turned on again. The kettle also includes a temperature probe and built-in overheating protection for safe and reliable operation.
