The FADE ESD S1 PS FO SR from the OLD GLORIES SPECIALS line is protective footwear designed for environments requiring electrostatic discharge protection such as the microelectronics industry. The upper made of MICROTECH and BREATEX fabrics with 3D texture provides high breathability and comfort even during prolonged use. The interior is lined with three-dimensional polyester SANY-DRY® fabric which absorbs and releases moisture keeping the foot dry while being abrasion resistant. The BREATEX outer layer further supports ventilation and protects the foot from overheating.
The PU15 ESD insole is made of perforated polyurethane with a thickness of 15 mm in the heel area providing high shock absorption and excellent anatomical fit. Its upper fabric layer absorbs moisture and keeps the foot dry while the low electrical resistance ensures safe use in ESD areas. The aluminium toe cap resistant to 200 J protects toes from mechanical impacts while the non-metallic APT PLUS Zero Perforation midsole plate provides penetration resistance.
The double-density polyurethane sole allows natural foot movement reducing fatigue and supporting shock absorption. Self-cleaning grooves and good slip resistance increase stability and user safety. Adjustable hook and loop fasteners provide quick personalized fitting. The FADE ESD S1 PS FO SR complies with EN ISO 20345:2022 and ESD IEC 61340-5-1 standards and is recommended for ATEX environments.
