The ASTEROID YELLOW S5 CI SR from the ASTEROID BOOTS line is a professional safety footwear model designed to deliver protection and comfort in demanding work environments. Both the upper and the outsole are made of high quality PVC, which ensures durability, resistance to wear and easy maintenance. The outsole has been engineered with a wide support surface and specific tread studs that provide excellent multidirectional grip and slip resistance, fully meeting the SR requirement set by current standards.
The interior lining is made of abrasion resistant polyester, which enhances comfort and increases the overall lifespan of the footwear. The EVANIT insole, manufactured from a blend of EVA and nitrile with variable thickness, adapts anatomically to the foot and guarantees effective cushioning. It is perforated, thermoformed and coated with a breathable fabric to ensure proper ventilation, while conductive stitching gives it antistatic properties. The footwear is equipped with a steel toe cap resistant to impacts of up to 200 J and a stainless steel midsole for puncture resistance. Its construction provides thermal comfort even in low temperature working conditions. A practical heel tab makes removing the boots easier. Furthermore, the model is compatible with certified orthopedic insoles, in compliance with EN ISO 20345:2022, making it suitable for users with postural issues or specific foot conditions.
