We present a professional stainless steel gastronomic container, in **GN 1/2** standard, with a depth of **65 mm** and a capacity of **3.5 l**. Gastronomic containers from **YATO Professional Kitchen Equipment** have been designed for **professional use** in mass catering facilities and gastronomy. Made of **highest quality 201 type stainless steel**, characterized by a matte and smooth surface, they meet the rigorous requirements of GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996 standardization. This versatile GN container performs excellently across a wide temperature range: from deep freezing down to **-40°C** to high temperatures up to **300°C**. **Thanks to this thermal resistance, it is ideal for use in combi steam ovens.** It is distinguished by **increased resistance to mechanical damage, as well as to organic acids and strong detergents.** This makes it **fully suitable for dishwasher cleaning** and resistant to intensive scrubbing, which guarantees easy maintenance of hygiene. Attention to detail is evident in the **rounded corners and smooth edges**, which not only enhance safety but also facilitate cleaning and ensure the highest level of hygiene in use. **A special embossing around the perimeter of the container significantly strengthens its construction**, protecting against deformation during intensive use and enabling stable stacking.
