Its dimensions are fully compliant with the rigorous standardization GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996, which guarantees a perfect fit for professional gastronomic systems.
YATO brand gastronomic containers are made from the highest quality PC polycarbonate, a material valued for its exceptional durability and unparalleled resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring their long-lasting and reliable operation. Designed for professional use in restaurants, bars, and mass catering facilities, they are ideal for storing food, spices, and other products. Their unique thermal properties allow for safe use across a wide temperature range: from extremely low, reaching -40°C (ideal for chilling and freezing), to high, up to 99°C, enabling the storage of hot dishes. However, it should be noted that they are not intended for use in bain-maries or combi ovens.
The smooth surface of YATO GN containers significantly facilitates cleaning and maintaining impeccable hygiene, and additionally, they are dishwasher safe.
A key feature is that they do not absorb odors or flavors, allowing for versatile use with various food products after each wash.
A practical capacity scale expressed in liters, located on the wall, enables precise control of the content level.
When designing these containers, special attention was paid to every detail: rounded corners and smooth edges guarantee the highest level of safety and hygiene in use. An additional embossing running along the perimeter of each container not only strengthens its construction, protecting against deformation during intensive use, but also enables stable and safe stacking, optimizing space.
