Gastronorm Container GN 1/3 150mm PC

We present a professional GN container from YATO, made of high-quality polycarbonate, with standard GN 1/3 dimensions (150 mm deep) and a capacity of 5.3 liters.

Its dimensions are fully compliant with the standardization GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996, which guarantees universal application in any professional kitchen.

YATO gastronomic containers are made of highest quality PC polycarbonate, a material valued for its exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage, which guarantees their long lifespan in an intensive gastronomic environment. They are ideal for professional use in restaurants, bars, hotels, and mass catering facilities, serving for storing food, spices, and other ingredients. Their unique thermal properties allow for safe use in refrigeration and freezing conditions, at temperatures down to -40°C. They perform equally well at higher temperatures, up to 99°C, which enables the storage of hot dishes. However, it should be remembered that they are not intended for use in bain-maries or combi steamers.

YATO GN containers are distinguished by an extremely smooth surface, which significantly facilitates their cleaning and maintenance of ideal hygiene. They are suitable for dishwasher washing, which saves time and labor.
Moreover, they do not absorb odors or flavors, so after thorough washing, they can be safely used for storing various products without the risk of transferring aromas.
An additional advantage is the practical scale expressed in liters, which allows for precise control of the content level.

When designing these containers, emphasis was placed on every detail. Rounded corners and smooth edges guarantee the highest level of safety and hygiene of use. The additional embossing around the perimeter of each container not only strengthens its construction, protecting against dents during intensive use, but also enables efficient and stackable storage, optimizing kitchen space.
