Its dimensions are fully compliant with the standardization GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996, which guarantees versatility and easy integration with existing catering equipment.

YATO gastronomic containers were created with intensive use in mind, which is why they are made of the highest quality PC polycarbonate. This material is distinguished by exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage, which guarantees an extremely long product life. They are ideal for professional kitchens in restaurants, bars, and mass catering facilities, mainly for efficient storage of food, ingredients, and spices. Their unique thermal properties allow for safe use in a wide temperature range: from freezing -40°C (ideal for chilling and freezing) up to high 99°C (excellent for storing hot dishes). However, it should be remembered that they are not intended for use in bain-maries or combi ovens.

The smooth surface of YATO GN containers significantly facilitates cleaning and maintaining impeccable hygiene. For user convenience, they can be safely washed in dishwashers.
Furthermore, their material does not absorb odors or flavors, allowing for versatile use – after washing, the container is ready to store completely different products, without fear of aroma transfer.
An additional, practical feature is the integrated capacity scale expressed in liters, which precisely facilitates control over the quantity of stored content.

When designing these containers, special attention was paid to details. Rounded corners and smooth edges not only guarantee a high level of safety but also facilitate hygiene maintenance. An additional embossing around the perimeter of each container significantly strengthens its construction, effectively protecting against dents that may occur during intensive use. Furthermore, the innovative design allows for stable and stackable storage, optimizing kitchen space.
