Its versatility makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of catering establishments, including restaurants, bars, pubs, and pizzerias, where reliability and efficiency are crucial.

The construction, both external and internal, made of high-grade SS201 stainless steel, not only provides an elegant and professional appearance but also guarantees exceptional durability and extremely easy hygiene maintenance. The worktop is enhanced with a practical rear upstand of 100mm height, increasing working comfort. The stability of the device is ensured by 4 solid legs with precise height adjustment capability ranging from 120 to 180mm, allowing for perfect adaptation to kitchen conditions.

At the heart of the device is an efficient side-mounted refrigeration unit with a power of 520W, utilizing the ecological refrigerant R290. It is adapted for operation in the demanding 4th climatic class, which means reliability even in difficult conditions, with a maximum ambient temperature of 30⁰C and relative humidity of 55%. Power supply is via standard current with a voltage of 220-240V ~50Hz. Precise temperature control is provided by an advanced electronic Dixell brand controller with a clear digital display. The average annual energy consumption is 2420 kWh.

To ensure optimal performance and even temperature distribution, the device is equipped with a forced air circulation system. Additionally, the automatic defrost function minimizes the need for manual intervention, guaranteeing trouble-free operation.

This model features two practical, self-closing doors, equipped with ergonomic handles, which increases user comfort and minimizes cold loss. Inside, behind each door, there is 1 solid PVC-coated grid shelf, designed to withstand a load of up to 40kg (with even distribution). These shelves are ideally suited for storing standard GN 1/1 containers, maximizing space organization flexibility.
