Electric Smooth Griddle Plate 360mm

We present the professional griddle plate from YATO YG-04584 with an impressive power of 2.0kW.

This flat griddle plate, made of high-quality steel, with dimensions of 365x380mm and a solid thickness of 6mm, guarantees excellent heat conduction. It is an ideal solution for preparing a wide range of dishes – from frying eggs, sausages, and bacon, through juicy meats, to toasting bread, tortillas, or fresh vegetables.

At the heart of the device is a 2.0kW heating element, whose operation is precisely controlled by a potentiometer with stepless temperature regulation in a wide range from 50 to 300ºC, conveniently located on the front panel. For increased safety and comfort of use, a splash-proof switch is located at the back of the device, allowing for quick shutdown of the grill without the need to disconnect it from the 230V~50Hz mains power. Additionally, a built-in thermal fuse effectively protects the device against overheating, ensuring long-term and safe operation.

The compact grill, with dimensions of 365x460x220mm and a weight of 13.5kg, characterized by an IPX3 protection class, has been designed with durability and hygiene in mind. Its robust casing is made of high-quality stainless steel, which not only provides an aesthetic appearance but also facilitates quick cleaning and maintenance of impeccable cleanliness. For maximum convenience, a practical grease channel and other grilling residues are placed at the front of the heating plate. A specially designed drain opening allows for easy scraping of all dirt directly into the bottom drawer, which can be easily removed and washed.

Safety and order during operation are guaranteed by the side and rear walls equipped with a solid protective rim with a height of 60mm. It effectively prevents prepared dishes from falling out and protects the surroundings from splashing grease. The stability of the device on any work surface is ensured by four non-slip feet, located underneath the grill.
