The Sirman Easysoft Touch 25 BX is a fantastic combination of a chamber vacuum packer and a low-temperature cooking device. It is designed to be fast and compact, making it perfect for smaller needs.
The device offers simple settings for vacuum and hermetic sealing time, and it features an easily removable hermetic sealing strip. Equipped with a powerful Bush suction pump, it ensures efficient performance. The display allows you to monitor the vacuum percentage and the remaining time.
In addition, the vacuum packer allows you to save the last settings used and provides information on the number of pump cycles and usage. It also includes a pre-heating and oil cleaning cycle, with a notification for required oil replacement.
The device is also equipped with a static low-temperature cooking system, featuring strong protected heating elements on the bottom of the stainless steel AISI 304 tank. The electronic temperature control system with temperature and operating time display ensures precise results.
The device is operated using the same system as the Sooftcooker model with a delta T of 0.2°C, offering the option to save 5 programs and the ability to set temperatures in Celsius and Fahrenheit. The tank cover comes as a standard inclusion, and a sound alarm signals the achievement of the desired temperature and the end of the cooking time.
