Made of very hard, shock and scratch resistant melamine, square container from the "Asia Plus" series of containers, ie dishes intended for professional gastronomic applications. The bottom of the container / base, like almost all APS products, has a system of rings and rays, grooves and protrusions, enabling a stable connection of several containers, for example, to create a multi-storey, effective display, for an aesthetic presentation of your most interesting dishes. In practice, this means that all, e.g. containers, can be used as bases for other containers - bowls or baskets, manufactured by APS. The container is hygienic, resistant to acids and the effects of temperatures ranging from -30 ° C to + 70 ° C. It is stackable and dishwasher safe. The material used complies with the directives EG 1935/2004 and EG 10/2011 of the European Commission, containing applicable regulations and guidelines for plastics approved for contact with food.
