These star-shaped pastry nozzles are part of the essential equipment in kitchens and bakeries worldwide. They can be used to create elegant creamy swirls on cakes, pastries, and cookies or to prepare stylish portions of vegetable mousse for a buffet.
It goes without saying that the plastic star-shaped nozzles are food-safe. They are made of durable polypropylene (PP) in an ivory color and have a height of approximately 6 cm. Various diameters are available, allowing for the creation of diverse patterns, whether small or very large.
In general, you can use these star-shaped nozzles with or without an adapter in a pastry bag. The advantage of using an adapter is that you can use different tips at any time without the need to empty the pastry bag beforehand, as you can simply replace the nozzle during work.
If you want to use an adapter, the XXL size is suitable for these plastic nozzles.
After using the star-shaped nozzle, it should be washed immediately under hot running water with dish soap and a brush for cleaning tips. This ensures that no residues remain in the nozzles after cleaning, extending their lifespan.
