Tank and Container Cleaning Brush

Introducing our tank and container cleaning brush with dimensions of 216 mm overall length x 137 mm width. The brush block is made of polypropylene, filled with stiff polyester bristles. This brush is perfect for effective cleaning of tanks, vats, and drains. The grey bristles are both magnetically detectable and visible under X-rays. The brush material covers a full 360 degrees, with the only unfilled side being where the handle fits. We recommend using ALH27 or ALH8 handles in combination with this brush.

Our tank and container cleaning brush is manufactured using the specialized DRS technology and is designed for the food, meat, and fish industry. It is approved for food contact, ensuring its safety for cleaning purposes in these industries.

The brush is made of polypropylene, with polyester bristles embedded in an antibacterial epoxy resin containing silver ions. Polypropylene provides durability, lightweight, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring strength and convenience during use. The antibacterial epoxy resin fills the gaps at the base of the bristle tufts, preventing the accumulation of residue and bacteria, creating a safe barrier.

Only the bristles of the brush are detectable by metal detectors and X-ray machines. The detectability of these components has been independently tested using calibrated equipment, and factors such as time, moisture, cleaning, or wear do not affect their performance. All components of the brush comply with FDA/EU regulations regarding food contact.
